Hey, I’m Darcy Schwerin! 

I’m a wife and mama of two kids. I love the outdoors. And I spend most Saturdays juggling yoga classes and cheering for my kids from the sidelines of [you name it] sporting events. 

My holistic health journey began in Sante Fe when I took my first yoga class in a church basement. It's here I started to gain a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection and went on to complete my 200-hour yoga teacher training.

  • A: This is such a great question. I have two kids (with different practice schedules), a dog, husband, and I work full-time.

    I’m pulled in a million different directions each and every day. So taking the time to sit down and listen to one of the 45ish-minute modules sounds hard, even to me.
