You’ll be guided in how to intentionally sit with ceremonial cacao (no processed Hershey's cocoa!) which is considered a potent medicine for the heart, helping it to open and allow creative flow. We’ll weave in gentle movement and play with expression (writing, intuitive sketching, abstract painting, just fun ways to explore the self).
